Hyundai has just completed 20 years of operations in India, and in an effort to celebrate the milestone event, the company has launched the ‘Brilliant Moments with Hyundai’ ad campaign.
The campaign aims to provide owners of the Santro, Accent, and the i10 models in India with a unique platform through various experiential marketing initiatives, to share their nostalgic stories with their Hyundais.
To kick start the campaign, the company has released an emotional video called ‘The deal with Accent.
The video shows Motu, the owner of a 20-year old Hyundai Accent wanting to sell the car against the will of his father. However, after going through an unexpected emotional trip down memory lane in the midst of a sales deal, he decides not to sell the car, much to the joy of his parents.
Just like the video, customers who have memorable experiences with their Hyundai i10, Accent, and the Santro in India can share their stories with Hyundai, which will select the best 10 and turn them into individual films.
The 10 films will then be shared on a dedicated website, where viewers can vote for the one they like.
The top 3 films with the highest votes will be gifted a Hyundai car each by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who is also the brand ambassador.
Speaking at the launch of Brilliant Moments Campaign, Y.K Koo, the CEO of Hyundai Motor India Limited said, “As we set our vision for the next 20 years to become the most trusted brand in India, we want to thank and extend gratitude to all our customers who entrusted us with their love and became a part of this beautiful journey in the past 20 years.”
Besides the campaign, Hyundai Motor India is also offering free car inspection, 10% discount on parts, and 20% discount on labour, oil, and value added services to owners of the Santro, i10, and the Accent throughout the month of July as part of the celebration.
