A new shuttle train service between Johor Bahru and Singapore began on Wednesday, allowing commuters to travel between the Woodlands Checkpoint and JB Sentral in just five minutes.

Operated by Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM), the service dubbed Shuttle Tebrau provides seven trips total from Johor and another seven from Woodlands daily with each trip capable of accommodating 320 passengers.

The train from JB Sentral to Woodlands departs at 5.30am, 7am, 8.30am, 4pm, 5.30pm, 7pm and 10pm while from Woodlands to JB Sentral, the shuttle departs at 6.30am, 8am,9.30am, 5pm, 6.30pm, 8pm and 11pm.

Fares cost RM5 for if departing from JB Sentral to Woodlands and S$5 from Woodlands to JB Sentral.

The new shuttle service is popular with Malaysians working or schooling in Singapore and is a more efficient manner to cross the border considering the daily peak hour traffic jam on the Causeway.

My first impressions of a dream car should be a ridiculous top speed with physics defying cornering capabilities, namely the Ferraris, Paganis and what not. Deep down, I just want something that makes you feel special when you drive it, expensive or not.
