Wearnes Automotive Introduces Service 2.0 Program

In an effort to further enhance customer experience and satisfaction, Wearnes Automotive recently introduced its new Service 2.0 Program, exclusive for Wearnes Volkswagen customers.

Customers can now lock down a service booking via WhatsApp, sending in their name, vehicle registration number, service type, vehicle current mileage, and the preferred appointment date. To lock down a service booking, customers need to send the earlier mentioned details to 012-9389929. A confirmation message will be sent to the customer upon confirmation of the service appointment.

Wearnes Automotive is also offering a Fast Lane Service that allows customers to collect their vehicles within a two-hour period. The company did state that the Fast Lane Service is only applicable for standard scheduled maintenance, with the condition that the service appointment was booked in advance.

Other benefits that Wearnes customers can enjoy include free breakfast, jockey service, free shuttle service, and a night drop-off service.

From December 14th till 15th, Wearnes Automotive is organizing a ‘Wearnes Customer Appreciation Day’, whereby customers will be rewarded with an RM100 service voucher and a Volkswagen T-shirt (applicable to customers who send their Volkswagen for service and maintenance jobs on the day days). In addition to that, customers who own a Volkswagen model that is four years and older will receive a Volkswagen Care Plus card during the two-day event.

Mr Rizwan, the Deputy Dealer Principal of Wearnes Automotive said, “We see our customers as invited guests, and we are the hosts. It’s our job every day to make every important aspect of the customer experience a little better every day. This is no shortcut to give a good service. The only way to get a 5-star feedback is to offer 5-star service.”
