Carlist.my were among the 34 brands that were honoured during a luncheon award ceremony by Superbrands Malaysia. The tribute awards event was held in Hotel Istana, last week as Superbrands Malaysia celebrates its 10th anniversary.
Dubbed as the ‘Oscar of Branding’ by working professionals, the esteemed Superbrands Council went through a rigorous selection of more than 1200 brands to award this years’ Superbrands title to top companies in Malaysia.
“Receiving the Superbrand award status after 6 years in the market is a good indication that we are doing the right thing as an important player in the industry. We’re very pleased with the result we have gained so far, and will continue to do more in the years to come.” said Hamish Stone, CEO of Carlist.my.
Carlist.my has been pushing the limits of productivity and producing value added features for dealers and consumers since its establishment in 2012.
In the third quarter this year, Carlist.my has recorded a positive result in operation and cash flow. This is aided by an increase average audience to nearly 4 million, up 85% from the same quarter in 2017. The platform has more than 130,000 vehicles listed on its classifieds section, including reconditioned and pre-owned vehicles of all types and makes.
Mr. Stone later added “It is an enormous honor to receive the Superbrands award. We will continue to provide better value for car buyers and sellers along every step of the process through our platforms.”
Throughout 2018, the company has rolled out several new features such as Video Listing - for car dealers to increase visibility on their inventories, iCar Data - for the car dealers and brands to have a better insight on the automotive market and also Carlistbid.my - for car owners, to sell their car faster and efficiently.
