Mercedes-Benz's flagship S-Class range is set to grow in 2017, with the addition of the S-Class Coupe ‘Night Edition’, due to be launched at the upcoming Detroit 2017 motor show.
The S‑Class Coupé ‘Night Edition’ is offered with a host of exterior and interior highlights. On the outside distinctive radiator grille with a single louvre in high-gloss black is offered, alongside 20‑inch AMG multi-spoke light-alloy wheels, finished in high-gloss black. The exterior mirror housings and the inserts in the side sill panels are likewise in high-gloss black.
Front and rear aprons with AMG body styling come as standard, as do the ‘Night Edition’ badge on the front wings and the illuminated door sills with Mercedes-Benz lettering. The exclusive selenite grey Magno paintwork is available as an option - matt paint finish from the Designo range and features special-effect pigments.
On the inside, the "Night Edition" name is engraved on the insert of the AMG sports steering wheel in Nappa leather. A suite of Nappa leather upholstery is also available, to compliment high-gloss black Poplar wood trim, to further emphasise the car's individual character.
The ‘Night Edition’ S-Class Coupe will be offered in three different models, the S 400 4MATIC Coupé, S 500 Coupé or S 500 4MATIC Coupé. Following the Detroit 2017 unveil, the S-Class Coupe ‘Night Edition’ will be made available in Europe, starting April of next year, and in August 2017 for North American markets.
