As part of an incentive program for early adopters of the Proton Persona, Proton is offering a 3-Year Free Service program that applies to any Persona purchased in August or September 2016. The program is quite extensive, covering both parts and labour for the car- an invaluable package to have to ease any ownership experience.
The Persona, as we covered earlier, is based off of the Iriz platform and powered by the 1.6-litre variant of the Campro VVT engine, paired with either a CVT or a 5-speed manual gearbox. The same kinds of safety specifications that applied to the Iriz are reflected in the Persona, with ESC being common across the range and a minimum of two frontal airbags. The launch of the Persona is slated for the 23rd of August- just under 2 weeks away.
