New, Upgraded Ford Showroom Centre Opens In Batu Pahat

Ang Trading Batu Pahat, the longest running Ford dealership in Malaysia, has relocated its showroom and service center to a more strategic location to better serve customers in the area.

Moving away from its previous location, the new Ang Trading Batu Pahat facility can be found at L ot 1183, Jalan Mohd Akil, 83000, Batu Pahat, Johor. The showroom is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Sunday. Service Centre opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC) the official distributors of Ford vehicles in Malaysia announced the news that exemplified their RM140 million commitment to network expansion and customer service over the next two years.

“This new facility represents a significant upgrade for Batu Pahat customers. With an investment of RM1.5 million, they will be better equipped to cater to all sales and aftersales needs of new and existing Ford customers,” said Lee Eu San, managing director, SDAC.

The new Ang Trading Batu Pahat is equipped with six service bays, including two Quick Lane bays, which serve to get customers in and out of the service in under two hours – note that this only applies to minor repairs and vehicle maintenance, without the need to make an appointment.

For customers that do stay a little longer, there’s a comfy lounge, free WiFi, and hot drinks available.

And, if you’re amongst one of the first 10 customers to place a booking at the showroom after it’s official launch, Ang Trading Batu Pahat will be giving away a free TV. There’s also a free 10-point safety check for customers who get their cars serviced there from now until the 28^th of February.
