The website allows customers to browse through a selection of cars from the current inventory of 36 dealers nationwide. Proton also assures users that all cars listed within the site will come with a 12 month (or 25,000km, whichever comes first) warranty, has been through a comprehensive 201-point inspection by in-house technicians, has not been in any major accident, and is free from flood or frame damage. On top of that, each car will be given a complete cleaning, a new battery, new engine oil (and oil filter) prior to delivery. Proton’s Certified Pre-Owned agents will even help expedite the loan approval process where possible. In addition to offering a wide selection of pre-owned cars, the website will also help facilitate trade-ins of various other vehicles, helping customers take the next step to owning a Proton. Each trade-in would involve multiple steps with PCPO agents helping the customer through the process, beginning with the uploading of vehicle details and photos. A sales advisor would then provide a quotation and schedules the vehicle for inspection. Beyond the technical sign-off and agreement, the customer only needs to submit all necessary transfer documents before the transaction is concluded. Proton Edar chief executive officer Roslan Abdullah, said: “Aside from helping to drive new car sales, Proton's UCM division aims to help stabilise and gradually build the residual value of Proton vehicles,” “By offering high quality used cars, we hope to see a general lifting of prices for all our models, making it easier for customers to obtain competitive financing rates and raise trade-in values when they want to buy a new car.” Now you can buy a used Proton with peace of mind and the Proton guarantee. ✕ Let's Connect on Whatsapp We protect your personal information in compliance with the PDPA I agree with Carlist.my Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
