Volvo Car Malaysia has launched a new showroom in Ipoh, aiming to provide their customers in Perak with more access to the brand and its services.
Run by its dealer-partner, iRoll Ipoh Sdn Bhd, the showroom adds to Volvo’s dealership network and is located near the airport, as well as the Ipoh City & Country Club.
Catering to the growing demand for the brand in Perak, the new 3S Centre (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) features a well-appointed, Scandinavian-inspired showroom that houses the brand’s latest models and a fully equipped service centre with a total of four repair bays.
The models on sale are the Volvo XC60, Volvo S90 and Volvo XC40, as well as the refreshed Volvo XC90 and the new Volvo S60.
The new 3S Centre adheres to Volvo Cars’ latest retail standard, called Volvo Retail Experience (VRE), which was created to focus the brand cornerstones more fully and serve customers in four main areas - the Contemporary Luxury Experience, Understanding, Interaction and Wellbeing – all of which best communicates the brand’s Scandinavian-inspired values.
Volvo Car Malaysia has been enjoying a surge in sales volume thanks to a stronger retail
presence – a result of Volvo Car Malaysia’s transformation plan. In the first half of 2019, Volvo Car Malaysia saw a 60% growth in sales, after growing 28% last year.
