VW Polo Black & White Edition Sold Out In Just One Minute

Volkswagen Passenger Car Malaysia (VPCM) today announced that the Polo Black & White Special Edition, which was launched last week in conjunction with Lazada's 11.11 Shopping Festival, has been sold out.

The best part is that every unit was booked within one minute after it was launched.

All 11 cars were booked by 12:01am on the 11th of November and all purchase transactions were completed only 1 hour after.

Limited to only 11 units, the Volkswagen Polo Black & White Edition was sold exclusively on Lazada online shopping platform.

Customers only needed to pay a booking fee of RM799 on Lazada to enjoy the retail price of RM68,488 for the Polo Black & White and receive added accessories worth RM7,500.  

Add road tax, registration fee, inspection/handling fee and other charges however, the on the road price excluding insurance stood at RM69,228.

Only available in Candy White, each unit is fitted with a black rear spoiler, black body side moldings, leather seats, 15” black alloy wheels, black side mirror and authorised VW Tint.

Mechanically, it remains unchanged from the standard Polo, which is priced at RM75,730. The 1.6-litre naturally aspirated engine makes 105 PS and 153 Nm, driving the front wheels via a 6-speed Tiptronic torque converter automatic transmission.

Like all Volkswagen models, the Polo B&W is covered by 3 years free maintenance, 5 years manufacturer’s warranty and 5 years roadside assistance.
